Ok so...I'm not the first person to do a post about how to brown butter.
But that's OK.
Just in case you are one of those people out there who doesn't know how to brown butter (or *gasp* don't know what it is!) this post is for you! If you don't know what it is, here's a great sum up from Ambitious Kitchen:
"Basically unsalted butter is melted in a saucepan which separates the butter and milk. The milk from the butter sinks to the bottom of the pan, which essentially browns and turns a caramel color. The french call is beurre noisette, which translates to hazelnut butter. I believe it’s called this because once the butter is brown, it gives off a nutty aroma."And food made with it becomes something magical. I'm a seriously obsessed girl.
