ABC's of me

Does anyone else remember when surveys like this were rampant on myspace and facebook? I loooved em, so when I saw this had been making the bloggy rounds on Olives 'n' Wine I mean...I had to do it!


A. Attached or Single? 
If you've read this blog and are familiar with me, you know about how very attached I am to my boy (of 4 years!) Michael. :)

B. Best Friend? 
(Other than Michael): Alex. I've known her since she was born and we lived 3 houses down from each other until I moved to NYC. She is my sister and we've been through so much together, I love this girl. For truth.

I'm in the center of the 2 photos--so the right on the first photo and on the left in the second one. The first photo is from Halloween, she was a Native American and I was a brunette Barbie-very appropriate for our personalities. Plus, how cute are we?!

C. Cake or pie? 
Generally speaking, pie. For one thing: crust. Yum. For another, I'm really picky about cake, and the cakes I tend to really like are like on the border between cake and torte lol. I don't do fruit pies, however, just sweet  ones (or pumpkin) like Oreo, peanut butter, chocolate...

...Nutella Crack Pie, etc.

D. Day of choice? 
Um, I don't really have one I think. Since my schedule is not set, days have little meaning for me, actually.

E. Essential Item? 
Phone! And lotion! And carmex (for my lips)!

F. Favorite color? 
Red!

G. Gummy bears or worms? 
Neither are my favorite, but I like orange gummy bears :)

H. Home town? 
Massillon, Ohio. Um...it's a silly little football-centric town, right next door to Canton (where I went to high school and where the Pro Football Hall of Fame is located), about 30 minutes from Akron, and 1 and 1/2 hours from Cleveland.

I. Favorite Indulgence? 
Food. Chocolate. Cookies. Yummers.

J. January or July? 
July. I love summer!

K. Kids? 
I want a bunch! Michael and I would like to have 4 or 5 someday.

L. Life isn’t complete without? 
Love.

M. Marriage date? 
TBD? I'm hoping for June (or maybe May) of 2015?

N. Number of brothers/sisters?
1 little brother, exactly 2 and a half years age difference. His name is Josh and he's going to Kent State for criminal justice. He's pretty cool and stuff. Plus, lookat what a cute baby he was!

O. Oranges or Apples? 
Mmmm apples! I like oranges but I hate the skin part of em-too chewy.

P. Phobias? 
People I love dying? Does that count? Ok fine...I also hate turkeys. I can't be near em. Or hear them gobble.

I was attacked by a flock of turkeys when I was 4 and I'll tell you what they are mean!

Q. Quotes?

Of course there are other quotes that I like, but, I mean...that's #1.

R. Reasons to smile? 
Smiling makes you feel happier. Plus it makes you look cute and makes people like you. And why not-we're alive and life isn't too shabby.

Summer (closely followed by Spring)

Huh...um...depends on who you are?
You may not know that...
I know how to fish and learned to bait my own hook at 6 years old.
I have HORRIBLE allergies and have taken allergy pills every day of my life since I was 4, and I also do nasal sprays and give myself shots every week. Recently I developed eczema that goes along with it and oh yeah I'm also allergic to sunscreen.

V. Vegetable? 
Veggies and I aren't as um...well acquainted as we should be. I like corn and carrots and I like spinach in other stuff (like puff pastries for example) and lettuce is good in salads and on sandwiches, etc. Tomatoes are good in sauces or in stuff also, sandwiches, ya know. I dunno. I need more veggies in my life. I know. *sigh*

W. Worst habit? 
Me to Michael: "What do you think my worst habit is?"
Him: *eyes wide like he can't think of anything*

That's a good sign when the guy you live with isn't immediately chiming in with "Ugh this and that and this".

Um anyway, I guess, speaking without thinking/talking too much? Sometimes I chew my nails, not that much though. I dunno y'all.

X. Xray or Ultrasound? 
I've never had an ultrasound but I'm gonna pick that because X-rays are always like bad, because you're hurt. Ultrasounds could be good because hey-baby!

Y. Your favorite food? 
How could I choose? Filet mignon. Really great mashed potatoes. Cheddar Biscuits. Chocolate. Cookies. Bread. I could go oooon.

Z. Zodiac sign? 
Scorpio. I've always felt, generally speaking (note I don't take astrology seriously) I fit the sign well:
