Something Saturdays (3/23/13)

Eee! So much fun! Right now I am going to have brunch at DBGB with a bunch of fellow food bloggers (some of which I've been following for quite some time and cannot believe I'm about to meet--and all of them gorgeous, talented, amazing ladies!):  Tara (Chip Chip Hooray), Tracey (Tracey’s Culinary Adventures), Joanne (Eats Well With Others), Lauren (Keep It Sweet Desserts), Erin (The Spiffy Cookie), and Jennifer (Bake or Break). We're gonna have a blast!

Posts from this week
Recipes from the blog that I made this week
Cheesy Chicken (now I used organic cheddar, which is white, so it's no longer that radioactive yellow)
Butter Cream Chicken
Easy NO ICE CREAM MAKER 2+ Ingredient Ice Cream (I mixed chocolate peppermint sauce and crushed Andes kisses in)

Recent links bookmarked (visit my Pinterest for more)
Oreo Icebox Cake (Cookies & Cups)
I have a strange obsession with oreos paired with whipped cream sooo....yeahhhh
Peanut Butter Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites (How Sweet It Is)
ahhhh so gooood

Movies/TV Talk (assume there'll be spoilers)
Once Upon A Time-Whoa. Poor poor Snow :( It was cool seeing what Storybrook was like when it first popped up and how Regina obviously decided to adopt. And omg Owen is the guy! Next week's episode looks epic and now I'm all speculating: Michael saw it and wondered aloud if Neal's fiance' was Tiger Lily. And I was like "Oh! That'd make sense because he spent time in Neverland, probably as a lost boy." and then Michael said "Is he Peter Pan?" OMG IS HE??!Also, if you think about the timeline of all these events....technically...Neal/Bae is older than like...everyone except his dad. Like, super old.

Girls-Finale time! Prepare for SPOILERS: I always hated Marnie/Charlie as a couple but I take it back, now I love them. I'm also currently PO'd at Shosh, and always hate Jessa so. And Adam is such a hero, super duper sweet. <3

How I Met Your Mother-haaa faux Downtown Abbey! And I love everything about the Fortress of Barnitude and the cool talking heads.

Cougar Town-MAKEOVER! Tom Cruise run!

Supernatural-*sob* all those dead Dean's at the beginning made me saaad. And yay Meg & Cas, together again hehe ("Yes, I remember the pizza man." and Cas is her unicorn!) All that stuff with Cas beating up Dean was sad, but then Naomi was so stupid. Doesn't she know? He's had to make that choice many times before, between angels and Winchesters, and he always chooses Dean. Bromance.
And oh man....after 8 seasons....Meg is....dead? Well....things are getting real, that's for sure.

The New Normal-Oh man! So many cute babies! And good for Goldie with her business!

Law & Order: SVU-Ah! Liv and Cassidy! Weird! This was a pretty plot-heavy ep, I liked it a lot. I feel bad for poor Nick, just finding out he's got a son :(.

Pretty Little Liars-AH! Toby's alive! Spencer kidnapped Malcolm! So many things are so confusing! Ahhh but here we go, fire and then Ali redcoat. Yes, that is accurate. And yes, those of you who haven't read the books are probably super confused. But I knooow :)

Glee-OMG elementary school Kayle is so happy, last week was BSB&N*SYNC and this week Spice Girls! But, I'm having difficulty feeling bad for Brody-dude, if you advocate that "we don't define it, or constrain ourselves" blah blah blah, guess what? Not gonna be a lasting relationship and she'll still love her ex who wanted to marry her. Oh and him being a gigolo didn't help.

The Vampire Diaries-I love flashbacks! The opening of 70's NY and the song choice were so perfect! And oooh stuff with Lexie! What I did not love was...pretty much everything else. 2 huge losses is the Salvatore column.

Criminal Minds-I want Garcia and Kevin back together. That is all.
