COOKIE NOOKIE
I was convinced this would be my favorite. Cookie dough flavor + peanut butter!? It is delicious, but I couldn't really go at it with a spoon. It's extremely rich (and that's coming from me), so I found it was best when used in other recipes. I made some delicious Peanut Butter Cream Pie (above) with it, as well as Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brownies.
CHOCO CHOCO
This one is actually my favorite. I'm weirdly addicted to melting it with some dark chocolate chips and just eating. Mmm....I also used it to make a raspberry and dark chocolate PB&J for Michael. I'm looking forward to using Choco Choco in a lot of other recipes in the future (and to spread on some pancakes/waffles :P).
COCO BANANAS
I'm a big fan of bananas and chocolate and peanut butter. It's a great trio of flavors. Once again, though, this pb is too rich to eat by itself--it was even a bit too rich to just have peanut butter toast (perhaps it'd be better with slices of banana on top). I have used it, very successfully, in a couple of recipes! It was amazing in Banana Oat Breakfast Cookies, and I also used it in some Peanut Butter Banana Oat Muffins (that I will, eventually, share later). I'm sure I'll keep finding great stuff to use this in!
RAZZLE DAZZLE
I knew this wasn't going to be for me-I don't like raspberries or white chocolate. But Michael loves raspberry and peanut butter so I figured he could eat this up. I ended up using the entire jar to make him a (very rich) batch of the Easy 2+ Ingredient Ice Cream. Michael's thoughts: "There's so much going on! It's good but...my tongue is so confused. It's like I'm experiencing all four seasons. It'd make a really good peanut butter and jelly, that's for sure." He likes the ice cream, it apparently is just a very overwhelming combination of flavors, so he can only eat a couple scoops at a time (I know, poor him, ONLY 2 SCOOPS!? lol).
